The University of Benghazi has won the honorable title of being included in the list of the top 100 universities in the world, according to the well-known Czech “Inspireli” classification.
According to the classification, the university ranked 54th in the world, while it ranked sixth in Africa, in the field of engineering colleges, with a focus on the architecture and civil departments.
Such an achievement is the result of fruitful efforts and cooperation between all parties involved in the educational process at the University of Benghazi, through participation in classified international competitions, and the support of the college and the university for these participations.
The university said: “One of the basic criteria for this classification is the extent to which students in the faculties of architecture and civil engineering at universities are encouraged to participate in the international competitions classified by it, which is what the college and the university encouraged, and the victory of architecture students in the past period, with the submission of research by students and faculty members in the fields of architecture and civil, supported the university’s classification.”
