He continued, “I told my PT that I couldn’t do it anymore because my body had grown too much,” and “My InBody test results were different every time I measured it, and after a week, I got abs. I even did 200 leg presses.”

Afterwards, Tzuyang visited the gym she used to go to and had a verification time. According to Tzuyang’s InBody results, she was 161cm tall, weighed 50.7kg, had 20kg of skeletal muscle mass, and had 25.8% body fat.

Although it varies depending on age and physical activity level, it is generally known that the body fat percentage for adult women is between 18% and 28%.
