(Ihtsham Kayani) The Election Tribunal set up in the Islamabad High Court has adjourned the hearing of the petition till July 10 while imposing a fine for not submitting the election results of the three seats of Islamabad.
In the Election Tribunal established in the Islamabad High Court, a hearing was held on the appeal against the election results of the three seats of Islamabad. The lawyers of Raja Faisal Younis and Tariq Fazal Chaudhry also appeared in the Election Tribunal.
Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri remarked that have you submitted forms 45, 46 and 47? Raja Khurram Nawaz’s lawyer replied that we had filed applications in the Election Commission, on which Justice Tariq Jahangiri remarked that if the application was submitted there, did the work of the tribunal stop? Anjum Aqeel Khan’s lawyer said, we have also submitted all the forms in response.
Justice Tariq Jahangiri remarked that at the last hearing, the lawyer had said that we do not have Forms 45, 46 and 47, will you submit Forms 45, 46 and 47? Will do.

The Election Tribunal warned Tariq Fazal Chaudhary that if the forms are not submitted by the next hearing, they will issue a show cause notice, after which the Election Tribunal fined Raja Khurram Nawaz Rs 30,000 and Tariq Fazal Chaudhry 20,000 rupees and adjourned the hearing of the petition on 10 Postponed to July.
