Italy.- A man murdered his older brother, whom he decapitated and He threw her body from the balcony of his house in Benevento, Italy.

The man identified as Benito Miarelli, 57 years old, He is accused of brutally killing his 70-year-old brother Annibale with an axe last July 3rd.

In an apparent state of confusion, Benito alerted the police and barricaded himself in the house.

Italian police officers arrived at the scenewho located Annibale’s body, which had several stab wounds.

The police, together with the firefighters, knocked down the door where Benito was there, who surrendered without resistance and was interrogated throughout the night after being transferred to Benevento prison.

According to neighbors, they mentioned that the two brothers had frequent fights and Annibale had returned to Pannarano a few years ago after living in Rome, But when his wife died, he moved in with his brother.

It is believed that there was an argument on the night of the murder that escalated into the crime.
