As reported by Day.Az, gymnast Ulker Khaziyeva, a representative of the Olympic training and sports center “Kur”, told Trend this on Tuesday.
It should be noted that Grace became a bronze medalist of the 8th Regional Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics in the junior age category (born in 2013).
“Competitions are a key factor in our growth. With their help, we become stronger and strive to become one of the best gymnasts in Azerbaijan. I owe my success in this competition to my coach Aygul Babasheva, everything was organized at the highest level so that we could prove ourselves. The competition was very intense and lively. I am proud to have taken third place, this is an important step for me on the way to further success,” she said.
It should be noted that today the 8th Regional Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics started at the Gabala Olympic Sports Complex.
The competition is attended by 66 gymnasts representing the sections of the Ojag Sport Club in Zagatala, Shamakhi and Agdash, the Olympic Sports Complexes in Absheron, Sumgait, Lankaran, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Shirvan, Masalli, Ganja, as well as the Olympic Training and Sports Center “Kur” in Mingachevir and the Youth Houses of Shamkir.
