Khandwa: On the morning of 4th July, the ATS team arrested a suspected terrorist Faizan Sheikh associated with SIMI from Khandwa district of MP. After interrogation, he was brought from Bhopal to Khandwa on Tuesday. Suspected terrorist Faizan Sheikh has been sent back to Bhopal Central Jail from Khandwa District Jail. Before this, Faizan was taken to his home and also to the hospital for medical checkup.
While being taken to the hospital and the court, the terrorist came out of the hospital showing the victory sign. Also, while being taken to the court, he was seen showing the victory sign. Faizan’s arrogance did not reduce at all. By showing this victory sign, it seemed as if terrorist Faizan’s dream had come true.
Shifted to Bhopal Central Jail in the night itself
After the hearing in the court, the court ordered to send him to judicial custody for 14 days in the evening. After which he was admitted to Khandwa district jail at 5 pm yesterday. After this, the suspected terrorist was shifted from Khandwa to Bhopal Central Jail in the night itself.
Faizan Sheikh was arrested from Khandwa
On 4th July, the ATS team arrested Indian Mujahideen terrorist Faizan from Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh and took him to Bhopal. After taking him on remand for 5 days, ATS presented Faizan in Khandwa court on Tuesday. From where he has been sent to jail. Government lawyer Advocate Manish Barol said that ATS presented terrorist Faizan in the court, from where he has now been sent to jail. The next hearing of the case will be on 22nd.
