This solidarity initiative by the Chimborazo Sports Federation joins the efforts of various organizations and citizens who have provided support to those affected by natural disasters.
The Chimborazo Sports Federation, once again showing its commitment to the community, organized a campaign to collect non-perishable food and clothing in good condition for those affected by the heavy rains in the Chambo sector. Through its permanent schools, the Federation promoted this solidarity initiative, achieving the participation of citizens who joined in with their donations. Gabriela Díaz, Carla Díaz, and Daniel Ortiz, representing the federation, delivered these donations to the mayor of Chambo, Luis Escobar. The collection of food and clothing was possible thanks to the participation of community members and Chimborazo athletes.
