Dabaiba makes a call to the Tunisian Prime Minister

The head of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, made a phone call to his Tunisian counterpart, Ahmed Al-Hashani.

The media office of the Government of National Unity said in a statement: “Dabaiba and Al-Hashani discussed during the call a number of political and economic files of common interest. The call also touched on ways of cooperation between the two countries in a way that enhances relations between the two brotherly peoples.”

In the same context, the Tunisian government said in a statement, “The two sides praised the distinguished fraternal relations between Tunisia and Libya,” stressing “the need to work to further support the path of cooperation in all fields, especially on the economic and commercial levels.”

The two sides expressed their “satisfaction with the resumption of Ras Jedir crossing activity, which is an economic, commercial and cultural artery of communication between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.”
