On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of having arrived in our country, Iberdrola Mexico inaugurated the photographic exhibition entitled “Sustainable Mexico”which aims to capture the company’s work in seeking to bring sustainable energy to the entire national territory.
Installed on one of the median strips on Paseo de la Reforma, this exhibition features just over 30 photographs, which illustrate the company’s work, solar and wind power plantsas well as social work with the most isolated communities in the country.
The opening of this photography exhibition was attended by José Manuel Rodríguez, director of open galleries in the capital, Katya Somohano Silva, CEO of Iberdrola Mexicoas well as several collaborators of the company’s official Foundation.

On behalf of the owner of the Ministry of Culture of Mexico CityJosé Manuel Rodríguez highlighted the importance of creating this type of open galleries so that both residents and visitors of the capital can enjoy various cultural materials.
For her part, Katya Somohano reaffirmed Iberdrola Mexico’s commitment to society, not only to make the transition to much cleaner energies and thereby combat climate change, but also with its various support initiatives such as “Lights of Hope”.
This gallery will be available throughout the month of Julylocated in front of the offices of the Mexican Social Security Institute on Paseo de la Reforma.
