Jaipur: Bureaucracy has been accused of dominating the government in Rajasthan many times but Congress leader Govind Singh Dotasara has now made another serious allegation. Talking to the media after the Congress Legislature Party meeting on Tuesday, PCC chief Govind Singh Dotasara said that bureaucratic officers are spying on ministers. Which files are going to the ministers. What work are the ministers going to do. Information about all these activities is being secretly sent to Delhi. Dotasara said that this is a grave insult to democracy. Ministers should be free to do the work of their department but it is not so. Many ministers are roaming around with their resignations. Spying is being done through special assistants.
Dotasara said that special assistants are appointed for all ministers and they are the confidants of the minister and they have information about all kinds of work. In this government, special assistants were not appointed as per the wishes of the ministers. Ministers do not want to talk to them even if they want to, but being SA, they gather information about every work. According to Dotasara, these officers are spying on the ministers. Special assistants of ministers send their reports to the chief of bureaucracy i.e. the Chief Secretary and they are sending it to Delhi. He said that this is a ridiculous situation. The ministers themselves are scared.
No one cares about ministers in the government – Dotasara Govind Singh Dotasara said that the situation of the current government remains confusing. A minister resigns and keeps that resignation hidden for 20 to 25 days. Many days have passed since the resignation but it is still not clear whether the resignation will be accepted or not. Even the minister who resigned does not know what is going to happen. What can be a bigger irony than this. Dotasara said that no one is caring about ministers in the government. How many proposals related to agriculture were included in the budget. Even the Agriculture Minister himself does not know this. The officers did not even talk to the Agriculture Minister.
