Galo returns to training at CT this Monday, after returning from Rio de Janeiro. In the capital of Rio de Janeiro, Atlético faced Botafogo last Sunday, in the Brazilian Championship. Now, the focus is on São Paulo, on Thursday.
The reenactment will be in Cidade do Galo at 11am. On Tuesday, the training is scheduled for 10 am. On Wednesday, coach Gabriel Milito ends his preparation to face his opponent from São Paulo in an activity scheduled for 3:30 pm.
Left-back Guilherme Arana is expected to return to Galo this week, after taking part in the Copa América for the Brazilian team. Eduardo Vargas and Alan Franco, who were in the tournament, have already been reused by Milito. In addition, it will be another recovery time for the players in the DM – Everson, Mariano, Saravia, Rubens, Maurício Lemos, Zaracho and Alisson.
The duel with São Paulo is scheduled for 9:30 pm on Thursday at Arena MRV. Atlético has 18 points and is in 12th place in the Serie A table. After the match against the tricolor São Paulo, Galo will be able to sign Bernard and Lyanco – reinforcements announced in the new window – for the Brasileirão sequel.
