The Liverpool defender just celebrated his birthday on July 8.
Van Dijk also hopes to get a beautiful gift at the end of the tournament by winning the 2024 European Cup.
“We (the Netherlands, ed.) have come a long way. I don’t know if it’s realistic (to be champions), but we are trying to make it happen,” said the 33-year-old defender as reported by The Telegraph.
Virgil van Dijk’s birthday celebration was held at the Dutch National Team training camp.
