BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed raised the question of what the intelligence agencies do when the question papers of various exams are leaked. This BNP leader also raised the question whether the intelligence agency has been formed only to arrest BNP leaders and activists.
He asked these questions in a statement on Thursday (July 11).
Rizvi said, this dummy government is trying to make the whole nation an issue lover in a very planned way. That is why the government is causing different incidents from time to time.
Addressing the Prime Minister, he said, Benazir-Aziz’s corruption, other high-level officials who have committed thousands of crores of corruption – what are your intelligence forces doing? Are they not seeing this? Are they made only to arrest BNP activists? Otherwise, how can a peon become the owner of 60 crore rupees. How a driver becomes the owner of 100 crore rupees – why they do not know?
Rizvi said, when the BCS question papers are leaked, is the intelligence department sleeping? What do they do when medical entrance exam papers are leaked? Do they really sleep in these cases, or sleep awake? If not, how can there be so much corruption?
He said, Bangladesh’s chest will be torn open by the railway lines of the neighboring countries, these actions are being done to weaken our sovereignty. However, when the citizens of this country are killed and bloodied on our border, no official protest is made, they remain silent. But for the sake of that country, the railway corridor is being given through our country.
Rizvi said that neighboring countries want to use the land of Bangladesh to deal with their political crisis. That is, they have undertaken an attempt to throw Bangladesh into a permanent international conspiracy, international sports. That’s why we can see that the government is diverting people’s attention to hide their misdeeds, to make anti-national agreements. So sometimes we see Aziz’s case, sometimes we see Benji’s case, sometimes we see PSC driver’s case, sometimes we see Matiur’s case – we see one case after another.
Addressing the activists, Rizvi said that despite all the torture, we will take forward our fight, our politics, for the truth, for the liberation of the people and for the freedom and sovereignty of the people.
