Just at the beginning of last month, the cumbia singer “El Princi de la Chaca” introduced his girlfriend, Delfina, a blonde Argentine ndirindindin, to everyone’s fears.
“El Princi” and Delfina met when the young woman arrived in our country from Argentina, since then they maintained a relationship via social networks until Delfina returned to the country and was invited by “El Princi” to attend a mass.
Delfina began to gain space in the media and became the presenter of a block on the program “El conejo”. For days there has been talk that the blonde decided to end her relationship with the cumbia singer.
The singer also gave an interview to our newspaper where, among other things, she confirmed that she is in love with “El Princi” and clarified that it was not because of cheating.
-Delfina, how long have you been living in Paraguay?
-I came to settle in September, I come and go, but it’s been almost a year.
-Did you come for love and stay for work? Or was it the other way around?
-I came for work and love, the truth is that I always worked. I have been working since I was 17, in Argentina I dedicated myself to composing songs for other artists, amateurs and already recognized. In addition, I had a beauty salon, when I moved to Paraguay, I worked for a while in a beauty salon and then I dedicated myself full time to my home and to accompanying who at that time was my partner. It was the first time that I was so long without working, it was hard for me, but I do not regret it.
-What happened to your relationship with El Princi? Why did you end up separated?
-It was a very nice relationship, with a lot of camaraderie. We were always running after each other when one of us had to work on a production, make music, give notes, etc. Maybe I was the one who accompanied him a little more, to be honest, because he had more activities, but on a day-to-day basis we got along very well, we had a lot of fun. We broke up because we wanted different things.
-What different things did you want for yourself, for example?
-I’m going to be a little jealous and keep them to myself, what was, was and what we were is a nice memory now.
-Wasn’t there a third person involved in your relationship?
-Not that I’m aware of, no!
-Do you like being on television? Is this something new for you?
-I love it, it’s something super new for me, but I really felt at home. I feel super comfortable and they welcomed me with open arms.
-And what’s next for you? What are your short- and long-term plans?
-Continue with music, an album is coming soon. And in the long term, I hope to be able to settle down here, buy my house, start a family and make a living from what I love, which is music. And that’s it, God willing, I’ll continue here in Paraguay, which is the birthplace of my grandparents and I completely fell in love with its people, its customs, its landscapes; everything!
