In the western part of the island of New Guinea lies a nature and diving paradise: Triton Bay. In this area, the tropical forests reach down to the sea. The landscape’s abundant freshwater flows into the warm sea, creating an unusual ecosystem that is home to extraordinary sea creatures – including the whale shark, the world’s largest fish.
