Brand Energy of the Brand Group, controlled by Israeli businessmen Asa Giladi and Liran Giladi, announced this morning (Wednesday) that it has signed a joint statement of intent with a British company in the field of energy. According to the joint letter, Brand and the British company will jointly establish a new company to realize projects in the field of renewable energy and energy storage, with each of them holding 50% of its shares.

Brand’s initial investment in the new company will be around £ 6 million (about NIS 26.3 million) for the realization of a 308-megawatt solar energy project at a peak whose construction phase is expected to begin this year, but she noted that the new company, which is being realized British parent company projects, there are already future projects with a total capacity of about 6,000 megawatts at the peak, and Brand will invest up to £ 42 million (about NIS 184 million) in the joint venture.
