Jaipur : The Bhajan Lal government of Rajasthan presented its first full-time budget on Wednesday. Deputy CM and Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the budget. During her budget speech, the opposition created a ruckus several times, due to which there were several interruptions during the presentation of the budget in the assembly. When the Finance Minister was presenting the budget, some Congress MLAs stood up and started creating a ruckus. On this, Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani got angry at them. He repeatedly appealed to the Congress MLA to sit down. Even after this, when the MLA did not agree, he got angry and said, ‘What has happened to you today? Your leaders are sitting quietly, but you are doing politics.’ Devnani scolded the Congress MLAs for sitting down. During this, the debate between the Assembly Speaker and the Congress MLA continued, till then the Finance Minister kept watching the budget speech by stopping it.

Finance Minister Diya Kumari was reading the budget speech in the Assembly. Meanwhile, at 12:09, as soon as the Finance Minister started speaking about youth power, some Congress MLAs stood up and started creating a ruckus. On this, Speaker Devnani appealed to them to sit down, but when the MLAs did not listen even after repeated requests, Devnani got furious. He said, “What has happened to you today? Your Leader of the Opposition is sitting quietly and you are playing politics.” During this, Devnani scolded the Opposition leaders and asked them to sit down. The Speaker said that first you listen to the whole thing, after that you can speak tomorrow whenever you want to.

Congress called a meeting of the legislative party a day before the budget. In this meeting, a plan was made to corner the government during the budget. Due to this, as soon as Finance Minister Diya Kumari started her speech on the budget, shortly after that the opposition leaders started creating a ruckus. Getting angry at this, Assembly Speaker Devnani said that do not interrupt in between, otherwise Lakshmi will get angry.
