The 8th Regional Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics is very important for me.
Gymnast Zohra Alizade, a representative of the Shirvan Olympic Sports Complex, told Trend this on Tuesday, Day.Az reports.
“I have been preparing hard for this event and am looking forward to showing my program. My parents and my coach Leyla khanum came to support me,” she said.
Alizade noted that holding events of this level makes gymnasts happy and contributes to their professional growth.
“Holding such competitions helps us develop and motivates us to reach new heights,” added Grace.
It should be noted that today the 8th Regional Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics started at the Gabala Olympic Sports Complex.
The competition is attended by 66 gymnasts representing the sections of the Ojag Sport Club in Zagatala, Shamakhi and Agdash, the Olympic Sports Complexes in Absheron, Sumgait, Lankaran, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Shirvan, Masalli, Ganja, as well as the Olympic Training and Sports Center “Kur” in Mingachevir and the Youth Houses of Shamkir.
