The pastry chef and chef, Hila Biderman (46), has been chosen to lead a digital campaign for the Zega chain – dining areas, for spring-summer 2022.

The digital campaign with Hila Biderman for the Zaga Dining Area chain is expected to go up in March, ahead of Passover, with an estimated investment of NIS 500,000. The campaign includes videos revealing methods and tips for hospitality combined with the culinary serving on the dining tables of the Zega chain.

Avital Myers, Marketing Director and Architects of the chain, said: “Hila Biderman is an example of talent and daring to combine culinary with hospitality and design in style. The goal of the campaign is to continue to strengthen the Zega network as a leader in the field, and the digital platform is creating great interest among many audiences. “
Biderman, a graduate of the Estella High School of Confectionery and a self-taught culinary expert, specializes in Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on Greek cuisine. It has been operating in the field of confectionery for more than twenty years.
