Tensions between Russia and Ukraine: In the last hour there have been reports of what appears to be a Russian cyber attack on Ukrainian state sites. From what is known so far, these are the sites that have collapsed:
• Ministerial Cabinet website
• Ministry of the Interior website
• Foreign Ministry website
• Ministry of Defense website
“A significant cyber attack has begun against us, parliamentary sites and the Ministry of Defense have collapsed,” Ukraine said.
Recall that yesterday (Tuesday) presented in the UK the extensive package of sanctions against Russia, centered on five Russian banks.
In addition, the Ukrainians announced a comprehensive state of emergency in the country for 30 days, except in the separatist districts. They also announced the recruitment of reservists of 18-60 year olds.
“We must fill the army with forces. As commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, I have ordered the recruitment of reservists for a special period,” Ukrainian President Zalansky said. Despite this, he stressed that at the moment it is not a matter of deploying forces.
