Former US President Donald Trump sent a message to his supporters via his social network Truth Social after being the victim of an attack during a rally in Pennsylvania.
The Republican candidate for the White House thanked the United States Secret Service and all law enforcement agencies for “their swift response to the shooting that took place in Butler, Pennsylvania.”
Donald Trump also sent his condolences to the family of the person who died at the rally, and a message of solidarity to the family of the other person who was seriously injured in the attack.
“It is incredible that such an act could happen in our country. At the moment, nothing is known about the shooter, who is already dead,” added the presidential candidate.

The American tycoon also described what he felt when a bullet hit his right ear.
“I was shot with a bullet that went through the top of my right ear. I knew right away something was wrong because I heard a whizzing sound, gunshots, and immediately felt the bullet go through the skin. There was a lot of bleeding, then I realized what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”he noted in his message on social media.
It is important to remember that, this Saturday, former President Donald Trump was the victim of an armed attack while he was holding a campaign rally in front of hundreds of his supporters in Pennsylvania.
In images that have gone around the world, the moment in which US Secret Service agents remove Trump from the stage while he is bleeding from his right ear can be seen. However, the former president stood up and, looking at his supporters, assured that he would continue his race to return to the White House.
