jpnn.comBALI – The move by the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the United Development Party (PPP) to replace the Acting Chairperson and Acting Secretary of the DPW PPP Bali Province is considered appropriate.
The Head of the Gianyar PPP DPC, Syahirin, said that the change received appreciation and gratitude from the PPP DPC throughout Bali.
“Actually, the initial proposal for the replacement was a proposal from 8 DPCs out of 9 DPCs throughout Bali who evaluated the performance of the Plt DPW so far,” said Syahirin as quoted on Saturday (13/7).
According to Syahirin, his replacement is also more capable and understands Balinese political culture.
He said that for the PPP DPCs in Bali, the change was considered a necessity in consolidating the party that would face the 2024 Pilkada.
On the other hand, Deputy Chairperson of the Bali PPP DPW, Mujahidin, said that the DPP’s decision to assign Yunus Razak as Acting Chairperson of the Bali PPP DPW and Faisal Ahmad as Acting Secretary of the Bali PPP DPW was very appropriate.
“Our hope as those who know about politics in Bali is that the PPP, a party owned by the people and the ulama, can consolidate well in facing the upcoming Pilkada,” he explained.
It is known that the PPP DPP issued Decree Number 1053/SK/DPP/W/VII/2024 concerning the Ratification of the Acting Management of the Bali Province United Development Party Regional Leadership Council for the 2021-2026 term.
