BOLZANO. Tomorrow Tuesday 16th July at the Druso stadium in Bolzano the women’s national soccer team is played theaccess to Euro 2025 against Finland in the decisive last match of the qualifying group.
After the 0-0 draw with the Netherlands, the Italian women’s soccer team is looking ahead to the last match of the qualifying round: the three points would allow the Azzurre to celebrate their qualification for the continental tournament, but in the event of a defeat for Norway in the other match of the round, a draw would be enough.
At 6pm the heat of the ‘Druso’ stadium will therefore be decisive in launching the assault on one of the first two places in Group 1 and achieving the thirteenth qualification for the final phase of a European Championship.
The Italian women’s team has been missing from Bolzano for 20 years, but now the girls of the coach Andrea Soncin they are calling on the fans to rally and, with their support, they will be able to make Tuesday’s atmosphere even more special: “We expect a large crowd – the coach declared – it will be our strength and will give us an additional push, helping us to overcome even the difficult moments. We need everyone and I hope that many will come”.
