American media reported that US President Joe Biden had two meetings with the intelligence services since the attempted assassination of Trump.
The media reported that Biden said, “After trying to assassinate his predecessor and rival in the upcoming presidential elections, Donald Trump, he had two meetings with the intelligence services.”
The President of the United States indicated that he “asked the competent security bodies to provide a full and independent analysis of what happened.”
Biden said: “I’ve had two meetings in the Situation Room with the entire intelligence community, and I’ve asked for a completely independent analysis, and we’ll see what happens when this analysis is ready.”
Last Saturday, Trump was subjected to an assassination attempt while giving his speech during an election rally for his supporters in Pennsylvania.
The FBI identified Trump’s shooter as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was killed by Secret Service agents at the scene.
