Google remembers Juan Gabriel with a Doodle and special animation

Although neither his birth nor his death is commemorated, Google surprised all of Mexico and the Spanish-speaking world after placing a Doodle which pays tribute to the singer’s musical career and Mexican composer Juan Gabriel this July 15th.

With a short animation of just over a minute in length and to the rhythm of “Noa Noa”the world’s most used internet search engine, recalled some of the most notable moments in the composer’s career, as well as some of his most memorable outfits.

Moments like his concert at Bellas Artes, his concert with Rocío Dúrcal, The outfits from the music videos for “Caray” and “Querida,” as well as some of the moments from his tribute album “Los Duo,” are some of the highlights of this tribute to Juan Gabriel.

After the video, the search engine gives you information related to the composer’s career, news related to him, as well as some of his greatest hits on YouTube. Let’s remember that “The Divo of Juarez” passed away on August 28, 2016 in California, United States.

Why did Google remember Juan Gabriel?

According to the information, it was a July 15, 1995 that the Mexican composer placed first on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs list with his single “The stick”which highlights the impact that the artist’s music had internationally.

This song was part of the album “The Mexico that left us”which was also recognized at the time as one of the best of regional Mexican music and which placed ‘Juanga’ in the public eye, not only for his vocal talent, but for the enormous quality he had when writing his songs.
