New job for Kevin-Prince Boateng: The former midfielder is joining a newly formed agency in Berlin a year after his retirement.
After Kevin-Prince Boateng ended his active career last year, he has now found a new job. how Kick and Bild report, the 37-year-old will be a player consultant at the newly established agency “Rookie & Champ Sportsmanagement”. The former star midfielder was recently under contract with Hertha BSC and hung up his football boots after the capital’s side were relegated to the Bundesliga.
Before ending his career at his hometown club, the “Prince” was able to gain a lot of international experience. He became a professional from Berlin for Hertha and later worked for many famous clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan, Eintracht Frankfurt, FC Barcelona and Besiktas Istanbul. He was also active at Schalke 04.
Boateng was a champion with AC Milan
Boateng’s greatest achievements include winning the Italian championship with AC Milan in the 2010/11 season, the DFB Cup with Frankfurt in 2018 and the Spanish championship with Barca a year later.
He also went through the junior teams of the German national team, but then decided to play for the Ghanaian national team.
At the European Football Championship 2021 he was in front of the camera as an expert on ARD.
