The National Team is already working non-stop on the great challenge of the World Rally Championship in 2025, seeking to fine-tune the details for the candidate date that will take place in September in the south of the country.
Work has already begun for the Paraguay Rally, a date valid for the World Rally Championship with the National Team planning every detail for the great world event. Camilo Pérez, president of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee and head of the work team, headed a meeting in Encarnación on Wednesday, with the presence of the Minister of Sports, Cesar Ramirez, as well as representatives of the Touring and Automobile Club of Paraguay, the Paraguayan Steering Wheel Center, and several centers in the area who were invited to participate in the meeting.
These meetings serve to help each racing centre that wants to be part of the organisation to get acquainted with the work system that will be implemented for the WRC, which will have its first contact with our country with the candidate date in September, which will have the city of Encarnación as its epicentre, with stages in the Carmen del Paraná area.
It should also be noted that the date for Colonias Unidas, scheduled for the second half of August, will also have indications from the WRC promoter, since this venue will also be included in the schedule for the World Championship date.
