jpnn.com – BOGOR – The Directorate General of Village Government Development (Ditjen Bina Pemdes) of the Ministry of Home Affairs held a Capacity Building Team Work Training on July 18-20, 2024, at The Highland Park Resort, Bogor Regency, West Java.
Director General of Village Government Development at the Ministry of Home Affairs, La Ode Ahmad Pidana Bolombo, said the initial aim of the activity was capacity building is for all officers to be solid, compact, and maintain togetherness.
“How can we (the ranks of the Directorate General of Village Development, ed.) manage tens of thousands of villages if we ourselves are not united, we ourselves are not solid, and we do not build a sense of togetherness. I think it is important to implement… capacity building “which has been planned well in advance so that togetherness can be realized without any more barriers in the future,” said La Ode Ahmad, Thursday (18/7).
La Ode said the activities capacity building This is also a directive from the Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian so that employees at the Directorate General of Village Development can maintain solidarity and togetherness.
He hopes that in the future there will be no more sectoral egos in each component in the Directorate General of Village Development.
All employees must work together to ensure better village governance.
“This activity was realized for no other reason than to foster togetherness, eliminate barriers with a spirit of devotion and togetherness, so that in the future we can carry out our duties well,” said La Ode.
“I hope that it will no longer only be about taking care of village head elections, taking care of village boundaries, village competitions, Siskeudes, village planning, Posyandu, PKK and so on, I said there is nothing like that. I said that all components of Bina Pemdes must jointly supervise the village. So there should be no sectoral ego,” he said.
