/ A video that has been widely circulated on social media shows US Republican Representative Andy Ogles answering a question about his country’s responsibility for the killing of thousands of Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip, saying: “They should all be killed.”
Social media users denounced Ogles’ statements, saying they reveal the true feelings of many supporters of Israel. One person wrote: “Congressman Andy Ogles is an Israeli spy and should be expelled from the US Congress,” while another said: “Andy Ogles is scum.”
Another wrote: “You have fallen and chosen the dark side of history by supporting the Zionists, and now you say we must kill all Palestinians, shame on you.”
It is noteworthy that last October, Ogles introduced a bill that would ban Palestinian nationals from entering the United States.
The bill was called the “Ensuring that Aggressors are not allowed to enter,” or the “Gaza Law” for short.
“At a time when the threat of terrorism is not only horrific, but encouraged and justified, it is critical that we do everything we can to ensure the security of our nation,” Ogles said.
