If so, you are one of the thousands affected by the global cyber attack caused by an improper update of a program from CrowdStrike, the provider of cybersecurity. Industry experts point out that there are two ways to follow to solve this misunderstanding. On the one hand, wait for the responsible company to remove the faulty update and deploy a new one, an option that can last indefinitely. Even so, the National Cybersecurity Institute (BEGINNING) recommends “not updating the CrowdStrike proxy until a verified solution is available.”

3. Find the C-00000291 *.sys file and delete it
4. Start the device normally
The cybersecurity agency, which is based on the Agency for Digital Transformation and Public Service of the Government of Spain, added that those affected who need advice can make their inquiries by calling 017 or via WhatsApp (900116117) or Telegram channels (@INCIBE017). ).
