Clara Brugada y Pablo Vazquez Camachohead of the capital’s Police, met to evaluate the progress made in Security matter in the country’s capital through the model actsl, which, they assured, will continue during the next six-year term.
This Tuesday, the elected head of government, Clara Brugada, received the head of the Secretariat of Citizen Security at her campaign headquarters, where they held a meeting in which Vázquez Camacho presented the achievements made as a result of the comprehensive strategy currently implemented in the capital of the country.

“We had the opportunity to review the progress made in terms of security in Mexico City, which is due to a comprehensive strategy that includes not only more police, intelligence and investigation, but also attention to the causes,” explained the former mayor of Iztapalapa through a post on her social networks.
Brugada described the meeting as a “productive encounter” and stressed that security is the top priority for his administration, indicating that thanks to the results, his government will continue with this “successful model” with the goal of keeping crime rates low in Mexico City.

The meeting was also attended by Ernestina Godoy, former capital prosecutor and who was recently appointed to Claudia Sheinbaum’s Cabinet as Legal Advisor; Senator César Cravioto, also spokesperson for the Parliamentary Group of Morena; Salvador Guerrero Chiprés, president of the Citizen Council for Security and Justice; and Tomás Pliego, who serves as Secretary of Art and Culture of the National Executive Committee of Morena.
