Global super group BTS’ Jimin swept the top spot on iTunes worldwide with his second solo album’s title song, “Who.”

According to Jimin’s agency Big Hit Music on the 20th, “Who,” which was released the previous day at 1 PM (Korean time), ranked first on the iTunes “Top Song” charts in 112 countries/regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, as of 9 AM that day.

“Who” also topped the “Worldwide iTunes Song” and “European iTunes Song” charts on the day of its release. In particular, on the “Worldwide iTunes Song” chart, 6 out of the 7 songs on the album made it into the top 10, including “Who” at #1, “Be Mine” (#3), “Slow Dance” (#4), “Rebirth” (#5), “Interlude: Showtime” (#7), and “Closer Than This” (#8).

Their popularity in the US is also hot. In addition to ‘Who’, which took first place, ‘Be Mine’ (5th), ‘Slow Dance’ (6th), ‘Reverse’ (7th), and ‘Interlude: Showtime’ (10th) swept the ‘Top 10’ of the US iTunes ‘Top Songs’ chart.

Jimin’s second solo album ‘MUSE’, released the day before, topped the iTunes ‘Top Albums’ charts in 87 countries, including the US, UK, and France. The album also topped both the ‘Worldwide iTunes Albums’ and ‘European iTunes Albums’ charts.

Jimin’s latest album is an album that honestly unfolds the journey of finding inspiration surrounding ‘me’. ‘Who’ is a hip-hop R&B genre that sings about the heartbreaking situation and confusing emotions of missing someone you’ve never met. Jimin directly participated in the writing of 6 out of 7 tracks and took charge of producing 2 tracks, showing a lot of sincerity in the new album.

On this day at 5 PM, Jimin will release his own content ‘Exchange Album MMM (Mini & Moni Music) – Jimin’ with BTS member RM on his YouTube channel. In this video, RM and Jimin listen to ‘Muse’ and have a conversation.
