Khargone: Khargone Kotwali police of Madhya Pradesh has exposed a looteri dulhan gang. In this, the husband got his wife married in Rajasthan by posing as her brother. Police has also registered a case of trafficking of a woman against a person from Rajasthan. Khargone Kotwali in-charge BL Mandloi said that police has arrested Kunda Nagar resident Nikhil Sanwale and his wife Deepika today.

BL Mandloi said that on July 19, Mamta Bai, a resident of Bitnera in Khargone, reached the police station. She said that Deepika has been missing from home since July 15. Mamta Bai said that her son-in-law Nikhil told her this. He suspected Nikhil of making Deepika disappear. The police swung into action and soon Deepika was found.

Police registered a case against Deepika and Nikhil under sections 143, 61 and 144 of the IPC and produced them before the court today. Mandloi said that Nikhil and Deepika have committed two such incidents in the past as well. Nikhil has been taken on police remand and is being questioned.
