jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin reminded all ranks of the prosecutor’s office to maintain neutrality during the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections. He emphasized that Ahdyaksa’s neutrality is non-negotiable.
Burhanuddin delivered the message at the 64th Indonesian Attorney General’s Day or Bhakti Adhyaksa Day ceremony at the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office Training Center, South Jakarta, Monday (22/7).
Burhanuddin said that the regional elections will be held simultaneously on November 27, 2024, so preparation and the role of the prosecutor’s office in the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu) are needed.
He advised all Adhyaksa personnel to remain neutral.
Burhanuddin firmly stated that he would impose sanctions on violators.
“I emphasize, there is no room for political practice for us. Adhyaksa’s neutrality is a non-negotiable price. You deviate, I will take action. Remember that,” said Burhanuddin.
He also delivered the 7 Daily Orders of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024.
The first commandment is to build a planned, procedural, measurable and accountable work culture by realizing internal compliance and risk mitigation to achieve organizational goals.
Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin asserted that the neutrality of the Adhyaksa is a non-negotiable price. He will take firm action against the Adhyaksa personnel who deviate.
