The alleged authority abuse on behalf of the police officers against him subject and his puppy was recorded on the outskirts of the season of the Constitution Metro 1917; Authorities said they are investigating the case.
A user of the social network X (@zerchzro) shared a video in which he denounces an alleged abuse of authority by alleged agents of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) against a man and his dog that was registered last July 19.
In the images, the man can be seen trying to climb the stairs that lead to the interior of the 1917 Constitución station of the Metro de la Mexico Cityor, but the officers denied him access on the grounds that he did not have the dog in a transport box as a security measure.

“I just want to clarify that they didn’t let me in with my puppy and I always come like this in this transport,” said the man while struggling with two police officers who tried to get him down the stairs, saying that he couldn’t carry the animal in his backpack.
Later, more police officers arrived to obstruct the view of the complainant’s cell phone camera that recorded the events.
“Today, at Metro Constitución, these police officers attacked the boy who was carrying a dog very badly. The police told me to move. She took pictures of me,” the user wrote in his complaint.
In response to this, the video went viral and the Mass Transportation System (STC) responded to the user’s complaint stating that the police officers who appear in the clip are allegedly not assigned to the Metro.
“The situation was dealt with by security personnel who are presumably not assigned to the Metro,” the statement reads, adding that an investigation has been opened to determine whether the assigned personnel participated in the events and, if so, to sanction them.
“It is important to note that access to the Metro with small breed pets is permitted in small or medium-sized carriers,” concludes the STC.

For its part, the SSC issued a statement stating that the events occurred outside the 1917 Constitución station of the Elevated Trolleybus Line 10 and that agents of the Auxiliary Police They carried out surveillance patrols in the area.

The police officers detected the man trying to enter with his puppy without a transport box and when they informed him that he could not enter, the man became upset and began to attack the officers, so they requested the support of other colleagues.
