jpnn.com – SIGI – As many as seven elected legislative members in the 2024 Election for the Sigi DPRD have not submitted their state administrators’ wealth reports (LHKPN) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

According to the Coordinator of the Technical Division of the Sigi KPU, Apriyanto, his party has not yet received a receipt indicating that the seven legislators in question have submitted their LHKPN to the KPK.

The provisions in Article 52 of PKPU Number 6 of 2024 state that elected legislative members are required to report LHKPN to the authorized agency that examines reports of state administrators’ assets.

“So after reporting it, the elected DPRD members are required to submit proof of receipt of the LHKPN to the Sigi Regency KPU no later than 21 days before the inauguration,” said the Coordinator of the Technical Division of the Sigi KPU Apriyanto, Tuesday (23/7).

He said that seven elected Sigi DPRD members had not submitted proof of receipt of LHKPN to the local KPU.

The Indonesian General Elections Commission (KPU RI) through official letter number 1262/PL.01.9-SD/05/2024 provides convenience for elected DPRD members to make a statement if they have submitted their LHKPN but have not received proof of receipt.

“So the statement can be submitted to the Sigi KPU attached with evidence of the LHKPN summary sheet reported to the KPK and other supporting evidence,” he said.

He explained that the submission of LHKPN is the basis for the inauguration process of elected candidates as members of the Sigi Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 period.
