Ana’s dad. The Salvadoran Boxing Federation (Fesalbox) celebrated its II Top Olympic in honor of Julias Festival 2024 with 17 fights in the categories of children, youth and elite of the federal clubs Chinameca, Sensuntepeque, Opico, Ciudad Delgado, Santa Ana and San Salvador.
The Móvil Shop Promotion Santa Ana was the stage where the athletes showed their best shots through strength, resistance and flexibility, and received support from more than 100 people, including parents, friends and fans.
As it happened, Saúl Romero, representative of Ciudad Delgado, won the gold medal in the 71 kg category, while Andrea Martínez, originally from Santa Ana, was the winner in the 64 kg category.
According to William Rodríguez, coach and head of the technical area, the event met the expectations of keeping the Olympic boxing activity alive and finding new talents that could represent El Salvador in future competitions.
