(24 News) There has been a big progress in the Khalilur Rahman Qamar case. The police have changed the provisions on the accused.
According to media reports, Sunder Police has abolished the section of kidnapping and imposed the section of kidnapping for ransom on the accused Amina Urooj and other accused in the Khalilur Rehman Qamar case. According to the sources, the prosecution has informed the regular magistrate.
It should be remembered that a few days ago Sunder police had remanded the accused Amina Urooj for three days in the drama writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar’s honey trap case. The prosecution has requested that during the investigation it has come to light that the case is not of kidnapping but of kidnapping for ransom.

Due to the kidnapping for ransom section, this case belongs to the Anti-Terrorism Court, so the High Court allowed the accused to be presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court, after which the Judicial Magistrate ordered the accused Amina Urooj to be presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court. In this case, the police have arrested eleven more accused, who are currently on identification parade.
It should be remembered that on 15th July at 4:40 PM, Khalilur Rehman Qamar was a victim of a honey trap when he went to the house of accused Amina Urooj and was taken hostage there, his mobile phone and cash were taken from him. And they were tortured and a ransom of 1 crore rupees was demanded from them which they could not pay.
