Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, the MLAs of Subhaspa and Nishad Party, allies of the Bharatiya Janata Party, have received a major blow from the MP-MLA court. Charges have been framed against 18 people including Subhaspa MLA Bediram and Nishad Party MLA Vipul Dubey in the Gangster Act case. Also, the MP-MLA court has rejected the discharge petition of both the MLAs. Now the testimony in this case can also start soon. Let us tell you, both the MLAs have been made accused in the Railway Group D paper leak case.
The case is related to the paper leak of Railway Group D exam. In 2006, STF had arrested all including Subhaspa MLA Bediram. After the paper leak, STF had registered a case under Gangster Act in Krishna Nagar police station. Later, chargesheet was filed against all under Gangster Act and other cases. In this case, all the accused including Subhaspa and Nishad Party MLAs appeared in the court. Nishad Party MLA Vipul Dubey is an MLA from Gyanpur seat of Bhadohi.
Charges framed against 18 accused
Let us tell you, recently the MP-MLA court had also issued a non-bailable warrant against him. In this sequence, during the hearing on Friday, the MP-MLA court has framed charges against all 18 accused. MLA Bediram from Jakhania seat of Ghazipur has several cases registered against him in different states in the paper leak case. Bediram, who was working as a TTE in the railways, was dismissed after his name surfaced in leaking the paper of the railway recruitment examination. Recently, a video of Subhaspa MLA Bediram talking about paper and transactions went viral, after which the trouble of the Subhaspa MLA has increased.
