The President of the United States delivered a speech tonight (Thursday) for the first time since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began and attacked Vladimir Putin.
Joe Biden: “The Russian military launched an offensive without any justification. Putin planned the attack for months and rejected any proposal to prevent the situation. He chose the war and he and his country will bear the consequences.
Despite harsh criticism of Russia Biden made it clear that U.S. military troops would not provide military assistance to Ukraine: “Our forces will not enter into a conflict between Russia and Ukraine.”
