For all of these reasons, the color changes again as soon as settings have been completed or content has been transferred to the Tonie figure (creative mode).
If your Toniebox is flashing blue, you don’t need to do anything at first. Be patient while the settings are being completed or data is being transferred. The process only takes a few seconds to a maximum of minutes. To install a new Tonie figure and save the content, expect it to take a maximum of 30 to 40 seconds. As soon as the device turns green, the music or audio play will start playing.
Tipp: If the Toniebox does not start or does not change its status, contact customer support. You can reach them via the website support.tonies.com and have various help topics available.
