Another case against actor Simbu in Beep singing case has been dismissed by the High Court

Chennai, Feb. 25: In 2015, a beep song appeared on the internet claiming that actor Simbu sang obscene songs about women. Following this, the Chennai Central Crime Branch police registered a case against Simbu and Anirudh. Actor Simbu had filed a petition in the court seeking quashing of both the cases against him. The case came up for hearing before Judge Chandrasekaran yesterday. At the time, the report was filed on behalf of the Federal Criminal Police. The judge accepted the report and dismissed the case against Simbu.
