Catch-up operations in the enrollment of civil servants whose files had been rejected began this Monday, July 22, 2024, at the headquarters of the governorate of the administrative region of Boké, under the watchful eyes of missionaries from the department in charge of Labor and Civil Service as well as human resources directors (HRD) of the governorate and the prefecture.
When questioned, the Regional Inspector of Labor and Civil Service in Boké, Sâa Cécé Kamano explained: “This phase concerns the biometrics of 398 civil servants who not only had anomalies, but also files rejected due to non-conformity of dates of birth, name, photos and filiation during the first phase of the census.”
He reassures that thanks to the deployment of Conakry agents, three technical agents and the supervision of the Civil Service, the biometrics of the rest of the State civil servants will take place under the desired conditions.
Seydouba Mamata Bangoura, head of human resources in Boké, is pleased with the involvement of administrative authorities in the process. According to him, this catch-up session mobilizes civil servants from the five (5) prefectures in the Boké region to be able to comply with administrative standards.
Mrs. Fatoumata Doumbouya, a teacher from the CR of Tougnifily, appreciates the climate of serenity that reigns on the site chosen for the occasion and warmly thanks the team of census takers for the warm welcome reserved for the officials concerned.
From the general observation, the catch-up operations of the biometric census of 398 civil servants went well at the level of the governorate of Boké.
