jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The statement by two officials from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) is a strong indication that registration for PPPK 2024 and CPNS 2024 will be opened soon.
Minister of PANRB Abdullah Azwar Anas said that the discussion of the Draft PP on ASN Management is currently approaching the final stage, namely entering the harmonization submission stage to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
It should be noted that one of the substances of the PP on ASN Management is regarding the arrangement of non-ASN, which is related to the appointment of honorary employees to become PPPK.
Well, the regulations containing the technical matters of the 2024 PPPK and 2024 CPNS selection must refer to higher regulations, namely the PP on ASN Management.
In other words, the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPAN-RB) which regulates the technical matters of the 2024 CASN procurement must refer to the PP on ASN Management as a derivative of Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus.
Usually, referring to the CASN selection in previous years, there will be a PermenPANRB regarding the procurement of PPPK 2024, a PermenPANRB regarding the procurement of CPNS 2024, and a PermenPANRB regarding the procurement of PPPK teachers 2024.
Acting Deputy for Human Resources of State Apparatus (SDMA) of KemenPAN-RB Aba Subagja said that the position of the Draft Regulation of the Minister of PAN-RB on the procurement of CASN 2024 is currently at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the invitation process.
“The PAN-RB Ministerial Regulation on the 2024 CPNS and 2024 PPPK recruitment process is in the invitation process,” said Aba Subagja to JPNN.com, Thursday (25/7).
Various hot issues have the potential to emerge ahead of the 2024 PPPK and 2024 CPNS registrations which will soon open.
