Chennai: DMK MLA The Chennai High Court has dismissed the ongoing election case against Udayanithi Stalin.
Udayanithi Stalin, who contested as the DMK candidate in the Chepauk-Tiruvallikeni constituency in the assembly elections that took place, lost to the BJP, which contested against him. Candidate Kasali won by a margin of 69 thousand 355 votes.
In this situation, ML Ravi, the candidate of the National People’s Party, had filed an election case against the victory of Udayanithi Stalin.
