Elmore will install systems in the new ICT campus for NIS 180 million

Elmore, which is located on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, received a follow-up order from the IDF for the installation of systems in the new ICT campus for NIS 65 million. Of the army and this brings the total scope of work that the company performs for the army to NIS 310 million.

Renewable energy works include, among other things, detailed design and installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems.

The company will carry out most of the electrical work and renewable energy work under “back-to-back” conditions to the terms of the tender. The works will last up to about 28 months from the date of receipt of the work commencement order.

The IDF’s Technology Campus Technology Project is the second significant project reported by Elmore in about two months. At the end of December, the company signed a contracting agreement with Shafir Civil and Marine Engineering, part of the Shafir Group, in connection with the IDF ‘Unified Supply Tender’ project. This is a project for the construction of logistics centers at IDF bases, where Shafir serves civil and marine engineering as the construction contractor. The compensation for this project is expected to amount to NIS 130 million.

Elmore establishes and maintains energy, electricity and electro-mechanical systems in public buildings as well as as part of private projects in the fields of heavy industry, food and pharmaceutical industry, trade, power plants and transportation infrastructure – installation of panels and electrical systems, communication systems, low voltage systems, mainly in Israel but also in countries In African continents like Kenya, Angola and Ghana.

The group, through Elmore Renewable Energies, is engaged in the design and construction of large photovoltaic solar energy facilities – both ground and on roofs. As of the end of 2020, Elmore Renewable Energy has established approximately 500 megawatts of solar energy facilities, of which approximately 140 megawatts are in various stages of construction. In addition, under this activity, Elmore provides O&M (operation and maintenance) services for monitoring and ongoing maintenance of the energy facilities, which are considered large or medium in scope of activity.
