SINTEPE has been highly sought after by the category regarding the changes announced by the government, but without the necessary clarifications for active and retired employees.
SINTEPE demanded transparency from the government regarding the administrative changes that affect all employees, and such information is still incomplete from the government itself.
WHAT ARE THE CHANGES?
The Secretary of Administration (SAD) has made changes to the EMPLOYEE PORTAL, where we have access to various information and processes concerning the life of the employee such as: PECONSIG, PAY SLIP, MEDICAL EXAM, and NEW REGISTRATION.
THE CHANGES WILL AFFECT ALL ACTIVE AND RETIRED EMPLOYEES.
Let’s go step by step
- Access (click) the site
- Fill in the data with your CPF and Date of Birth
After filling it out, a message will be sent to the email already registered in the employee portal by the government.
- Creation of the password
The employee will receive a link in their email to create the access password. By clicking on it, you will be directed to create the password.

RETIREES:
If you do not have any registered email or do not remember your registered email, you should contact the personnel department of Funape, which is the responsible body, so they can direct you to one of the 15 agencies spread across the state. You can also contact the server assistance center at (81) 3183-3835.
Another option is to send the request to include or change via email [email protected].
ACTIVE EMPLOYER:
The Government of Pernambuco states that active employees who do not have a registered email must complete this email registration; however, absurdly, the state management was unable to inform how active employees should proceed to register this email to finish the new password process. They mentioned that they are still finalizing the instructions.
Only after defining an email for password creation, in case there is no registered email, can you schedule the Medical Examination directly on the portal or access PECONSIG.
PAY SLIP, NEW REGISTRATION, AND NEW SITE
The government claims that the new site is integrated into the electronic system SGP-PE, which manages the payroll and provides real-time records of personnel with all the data of the employee’s functional life.
The new portal for pay slips will be accessed starting with the July payroll. The new registration will also be made available for everyone after the July pay slip or for those accessing the Medical Examination or PECONSIG. The government stated that the payroll has been running on the new system since last month and that it will not impact the right to this month’s adjustment. We will stay vigilant to ensure this is guaranteed.
Access to the pay slip remains unchanged. That is to say, access will continue with the old registration number and the old password.
Regarding the July pay slip, the document is not yet available.
