New reshuffle announced for the new general secretaries of ministries
The reshuffle of the new General Secretaries of the ministries was announced on Monday noon (29/7).
Government sources clarified that the changes in the General Secretariats of the ministries aim to further accelerate government work and were made after consultation between the Maximos Mansion and all ministers.
The same sources stated that with a horizon to 2027 and the ambitious reform program that must be implemented by then, any appointments, replacements, or transfers were decided after evaluating the work done so far, appreciating each individual’s contribution to a more effective state in service of the citizens.
The reshuffle
There are changes in 1/3 of the General Secretariats, a total of 25, with 6 being transfers. The new structure creates a stronger organizational framework at the core of the government. It is worth noting that 40% of the individuals in the new form of General Secretaries are women.
In this context, new opportunities were provided to individuals, efforts were rewarded, and for the outgoing General Secretaries, there is unlimited appreciation for the work they have accomplished at the Maximos Mansion.
