The Qualified Investor Offer (QIO) date of Brain Station 23 plc, which has been approved to raise funds from the capital market’s SME platform, has been set. The company’s QIO application will start from 10 am on Thursday (September 1). This application will continue to be received next Sunday (September 5) until 4:30 pm.

According to information, the company was approved to raise money in the 911th commission meeting held on June 9 under the chairmanship of Prof. Shibli Rubaiyat-ul-Islam, the chairman of the regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
It is known that the company will raise Rs 5 crore capital by selling shares to qualified investors through QIO. For this the company will issue 50 lakh common shares. The money raised will be spent by the company on computer and IT equipment and issue management expenses.
According to sources, the share price of Brain Station 23 PLC has been fixed at Rs. With the aim of creating long-term financing opportunities in the SME sector, this money has been withdrawn.
As per the financial report ended on September 30, 2023, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 1 92 paise and net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 19 28 paise.
