ORF takes carnival programs out of the program

Due to the war in Ukraine, the ORF is canceling the carnival programs planned for the coming days.

Thus, “Alles Walzer – Das Opernball-Quiz”, “Peter Rapp – As if it were yesterday” (both originally on Saturday tomorrow), the carnival edition of the “Million Show” and “Mini Lei Lei” (both on Monday), the ” Villacher Fasching” (March 1st) and the carnival edition of the “Barbara Karlich Show” (March 1st).

Instead of “Everything Waltz – The Opera Ball Quiz”, “Donna Leon: Eternal Youth” is on the program at 8:15 p.m. After “ZIB 2 Spezial” at 9:50 p.m., “Donna Leon: Schöner Schein” follows at 10:30 p.m. (instead of “Peter Rapp – As if it were yesterday”). The first “ZiB” can be seen on Saturday at 8 a.m. In the evening there will be another “ZiB 2 Spezial” edition at 9:50 p.m.

The program of Puls 24 continues to be dominated by the war. The news channel reports live from the events throughout the weekend. Already today, Friday, Energy Minister Leonore Gewessler (Greens) will be a guest in the studio at 7.20 p.m. and will speak about the effects of the Russian invasion on the energy supply in Austria. On Sunday at 10 a.m. there will be a “Pros and Cons Special” on the topic “Putin is on the rise – how far will he go?” on the program. Café Puls moderator Florian Danner makes his “Pro & Contra” debut.
